Yes, a deposit of one hour of work is required to confirm your booking

Any move can be cancelled 7 days prior to the booked date free of charge. The deposit will not be refunded for moves that are cancelled 6 days ahead or less. We highly recommend booking your move when you are sure to avoid losing your deposit.

Travel time refers to the time our crew needs to go from the office parking lot to your home and from your home back to the office. We add only 1 hour (for local moves) for travel time

The time necessary to complete a move primarily depends on the size of your home and the number of items to move. Other factors are the distance to the truck, stairs/elevator, weather, and many more. Our professionals will give you accurate estimates based on their experience and knowledge but the exact time needed to complete a move can't be known in advance.

Tips are not mandatory but very common and highly appreciated. If you enjoyed our hard work and dedication to you move, tipping between 10 and 20% to the movers is normal practise
